In 10 may 2018, The Iași Branch of the Order of Nurses Midwives and General Nurses in Romania organised the multiplier event “Strategies and training interventions in prevention of burnout among nuses and care workers”.
At the workshop there were 50 participants among which a delegation of four medical doctors and nurses from the Republic of Moldova.

Anziani e non solo: Jobis training courses in Italy
Stress management and burn-out prevention strategies
The courses were held in Carpi and Bologna in April and May 2018. 42 care workers and nurses actively participated and were introduced to different topics such as the stess management, burn-out prevention, self-care etc.
On a similar note, the students were involved in the online e-learning activities developed by the project partnership.

Jobis dissemination seminar in Bologna
On the 12th of June took place in Bologna the Italian dissemination seminar of JOBIS project. The event, organised by the Anziani e non solo, gathered many interested professionals and stakeholders for the whole day. The morning focused on some theoretical aspects of the burnout syndrome, the results of JOBIS project and its activities, while the afternoon was dedicated to practical techniques and methods to prevent burnout, from those created by JOBIS partnership to other local experiences.

Exercise booklet for the face to face burnout prevention and coping training is now available for download. This document serves as a reference for the class-room based training of the blended-learning programme and it contains background information and activites to deliver training sessions about topics such as the ethic of self-care, coping strategies, relaxation techniques and strategies for burn out prevention. All specifically designed for nurses, care workers and nurse students.

Project kick off meeting in Limassol
On 5th September 2017 the project kick off meeting took place in Limassol (Cyprus), hosted by partner CUT. Partners discussed the burnout prevention and coping training material and planned the short-term joint staff training event in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
